MCR is back !

                                                                                                                       *dah lama aku tunggu
My Chemical Romance is an American Rock band from New Jersey, formed in 2001. The band consists of lead vocalist Gerard Way, guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero, and bassist Mikey Way and have a diverse sound incorporating elements of gothc rock, punk, heavy metal, rock and progressive rock. Shortly after forming, the band signed to Eyeball Records and released their debut album I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love in 2002. They signed with Reprise Records the next year and released their major label debut Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge in 2004; the album was a commercial success, and was awarded platinum status a little over a year laterwow !. The band eclipsed their previous success with their 2006concept albumThe Black Parade, which gained generally favorable reviews among music critics. Their fourth studio album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, was released on November 22, 2010.

From the punky first single, “Na, Na, Na...” to snyth-driven current single, “Sing,”  and all points in between,  MCR is on a freight train here, speeding toward the end  of days. Remarkably, other than a few times, such as on the fuzzy “Destroya,” they have crafted a thoroughly melodic pop album that even the most weighty of ambitions can’t bring down.  As well crafted as the lyrics are here, the stretch for some sense of profundity in almost every song gets to be a bit much: “You only hear the music when your heart begins to break,” Way sings on “The Kids from Yesterday.”

And, My Chemical Romance’s “Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys” is set to hit record stores on November 22, four years since “The Black Parade” in 2006.

With 15 tracks featured, the band is ready to send another rocking shock wave, as they did with “The Black Parade.”
The tracks are as follow:
  1. Look Alive, Sunshine
  2. Na Na Na
  3. Sing
  4. Planetary (Go!)
  5. The Only Hope For Me Is You
  6. Jet-Star And The Kobra Kid / Traffic Report
  7. Party Poison
  8. Save Yourself, Ill Hold Them Back
  9. The Scarecrow Blues
  10. Anytime You Want
  11. Destroyah
  12. The Kids From Yesterday
  13. Goodnite Dr Death
  14. Vampire Money

Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’ changes the game in exactly the same way ‘The Black Parade’ did, while managing to be completely different from it in every single way.
It channels the band’s genius tastes for the absurd and the outlandish into a record in gleeful love with the macho pleasures of old school rock’n’roll. The jazz hands aren’t visible to the naked eye, but they’re there in spirit.
And the best song from that bunch, ‘Bulletproof Heart’ has been tantalisingly kept back from the copy doing the rounds in the UK, but apparently will make the final tracklisting. Back then it was camp and Killersy and pop, but you should also remember that the songs from that sampler which did survive are barely recognisable from the originals.
This is the best rock record of the year by such a margin that you actually feel rather embarrassed for everybody else. This isn’t over-excitement. In 2010’s final act, consider rock’n’roll saved.
